The Myles Trust - Royal Cinque Ports 2013

This year’s Myles Robinson Trophy was contested by two sets of fathers and sons in the final of the Downs Challenge Cup. It was a terrific occasion with three sets of fathers and sons in the semi-finals. Several came out to watch and the balcony of the clubhouse was pretty full as the match went down the 19th and was ultimately won by the Farrells. It was very sad for the Masons who had a putt to win on 18th but it was not to be. So this year, the Myles Robinson Trophy went to Nick and Tom Farrell who also won the Downs. Sadly, Tom couldn’t be at the prize giving so Michael Robinson presented the trophy to Nick Farrell.

Many thanks to John Munro, who instigated the trophy, now in its fourth year.
